This is a great opportunity for you to share something interesting about your world, talk about your favourite travel destination, favourite recipes, family, jobs, send us photographs.

The Blog is a chance for young people aged 12-25 years, who live, study or work in the Shire of Murrindindi to tell others about yourself.

The blog must be no more than one page long and photos are optional; please ensure they are in 'jpeg' format.

Shape Your Future with Youth Gants

The council is offering grants to a small group ($2000 inclusive) and individual ($500 inclusive) to organise a project, event or activity that would develop your skills and interests.

The Australian Student Leadership Conference is holding a leadership conference for year 12 age from 23 January to 25 January to apply view the link and download the Shape Your Future youth grant guidelines and application.

Youth Rover Reporter

A Youth Roving Reporter is an enjoyable way for you to express yourself through our website. If you are interested in writing, reporting, reviewing or expressing your opinions and are aged between 12 and 25 years and live, work or study in Murrindindi then contact us! You can contribute articles about films, theatre, books, poems, short stories, sporting events and practically anything of interest.

Youth Panel

Murrindindi Shire Council is searching for young people aged 12-25 years who live, work or study in this Shire.

Participate in the 'Shape Your Future Youth Grants' assessment panel. No experience necessary training provided.

You will help decide on allocations of grants. Your input is important.

If you can commit to 13 October 2010 at 5.30pm at Yea Council Chambers conctac (03) 5772 0713 the meeting will be approximately 2 hours and transport home by request - nibbles upon arrival.
